PURPOSE
We are seeking a relationship-driven Program Coordinator (Growth) to own the Customer journey end to end. In this role, you will function like an inside sales associate — closing the relationship with educators, customers, and carrying that relationship through onboarding, delivery, and renewal of the suite of Heroes programming. You will serve as the primary point of contact across the full cycle, provide proactive, consistent communication, and build the digital pathways that let a high-touch experience scale. This is a role for someone who leads with relationship-building but brings real sales and technical process discipline behind it.
Job Description
Relationship Ownership & Communication
- Own and manage a pipeline of relationships (educators and customers) across the full customer cycle — from the initial contact through to re-registration.
- Build genuine, trust-based relationships with educators, customers, and students, adjusting tone and approach across each audience and sector.
- Disciplined follow-up tracking - covering onboarding, regular check-ins, mid-program touchpoints, and renewal conversations.
Program Support & Fidelity
- Support associates and educators, so programs are delivered as designed, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Proactively gather feedback from customers, educators, and associates, and make sure feedback loops are closed — not just logged.
- Monitor program completion rates and the quality and responsiveness of support provided, flagging risk early.
- Act as a subject-matter expert on the customer journey, onboarding process, and program expectations, and is comfortable representing the program at conferences as required.
- Engage and support with assessment tools as required.
- Coordinate and manage program training sessions with internal Impact Society staff and external educators and facilitators.
- Shipping and inventory management.
Conversion, Renewal & Scale
- Drive conversion of free and bursary customers to pay-what-you-can and full-pay tiers through consultative, relationship-led follow-up.
- Identify and pursue referral opportunities into Highschool Programming, and help open district relationships for a wider fee-for-service scale.
- Drive re-registration as a core measure of relationship health and program success.
- Develop and refine digital pathways — email sequences, self-serve resources, automated touchpoints — that mirror and scale the high-touch experience without losing its quality.
What We're Looking For
The individual in this role will have:
- Experience supporting customers, with a track record in CRM systems or building digital pathways that scale the customer experience.
- Excellent written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships across audiences.
- Experience in inside sales, customer success, account management, or education program coordination.
- An independent thinker with experience identifying and building repeatable, scalable processes out of manual, one-off work.
